This Privacy Policy explains how PSG Vishnugranthi (PSG & Sons' Charities, Coimbatore) collects, uses and protects information on the D-Early Screening platform. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of children, parents, teachers and schools.

1. Information We Collect

School information: school name, address, UDISE code, principal and contact details, and a formal application letter.
Screening information: a child's name, date of birth, age, gender, class, parent/guardian name and contact, applicant email, and responses to the screening questionnaire.
Account information: usernames and securely hashed passwords for schools, teachers, students and staff.
Payment information: transaction records (amount, status, order and transaction IDs). Card, UPI and bank details are handled solely by Paytm and are never stored by us.
Technical information: IP address and basic log data for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Information

To provide screening, generate reports and share results with the applicant and teacher.
To administer school registrations, accounts and subscriptions.
To process payments and maintain financial/transaction records.
To send service emails such as credentials, payment confirmations and reviewed reports.
To improve the Platform and respond to feedback.

3. Children's Data

Screening data concerns minors and is treated with heightened care. It is collected on the basis of parental/guardian consent (captured during screening) and is accessible only to authorised administrators, the associated school/teacher, and the parent/guardian.

4. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through the Paytm Payment Gateway over an encrypted connection, with server-side signature (checksum) verification. We store only a reference to each transaction—never your payment credentials.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only: (a) with the relevant school, teacher or parent/guardian as part of the service; (b) with our payment processor to complete transactions; or (c) where required by law.

6. Data Retention & Security

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, access is role-restricted, and reports are served only to authorised, authenticated users.

7. Your Rights

Parents, guardians and schools may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements, by contacting us.
