Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the PSG Vishnugranthi D-Early Screening platform ("the Platform"), operated by PSG & Sons' Charities, Coimbatore. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform provides an observational dyslexia screening tool for schools, teachers, parents and educators. Screening results are indicative only and are not a clinical diagnosis. A definitive assessment must be made by a qualified specialist.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Screening access is provided to registered private and government schools and their authorised staff.
• You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must change your password on first login and are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments (Private Schools)

• Private schools subscribe on a per-student, one-time annual basis. A subscription is valid for one year from the date of payment and must be renewed thereafter.
• A student already covered by an active subscription is not charged again during that period; only newly added, uncovered students are billed.
• Payments are processed securely through Paytm Payment Gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated.
• Government and government-aided schools may be granted access via institutional coupon codes at no cost.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate screening of students for whom you have appropriate authority and consent.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data or system, or misuse another person's information.

5. Reports

Once a screening submission has been reviewed by our specialists, a formatted report is generated and shared with the applicant (parent/guardian) and, where applicable, the teacher who conducted the screening. Reports are confidential and intended only for the recipient.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSG & Sons' Charities shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on screening results, which are intended to support—not replace—professional judgement.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
